问题描述：

使用Windows记事本打开php文件，简单修改并保存，再次运行报错：

Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement in the script……

问题分析：

反复检查确认内容无误，最后发现是编码问题，使用Windows记事本保存后编码格式变成了UTF-8 Signature，即带BOM（Byte order Mark）的UTF-8编码。

问题解决：

改回UTF-8编码后运行恢复正常。
